Get rewarded for sharing your opinions

For each question you answer that requires you to record a video of you answering, you will earn $1. For example, a survey that has 14 video reply questions will have a $14 reward for anyone that qualifies and completes the survey. A survey with 21 questions would have a $21 reward.

Please note that some surveys may have short closed-ended "pre-screening" questions to determine if you qualify for the survey. These qualifying questions do not require a video reply, and you will not earn $1 for answering these qualification questions - they are merely to see if you are a fit for the study specifications. We limit our clients to a max of 10 screening questions to make sure you aren't wasting time with endless screeners just to find out you don't qualify...

However, if you answer these pre-screening questions and see a "Congrats, you qualified for this survey" message, you are guaranteed to receive the reward for that survey if you complete all video reply questions within 24 hours after beginning the survey.

Unlike some survey companies, we will NEVER ask questions at the very end of a survey that could terminate you from the survey. That is a TERRIBLE practice of the survey industry that needs to stop. We require our customers to put all terminating questions upfront, to ensure that you are always rewarded for the time you put in to complete the survey.

Payouts are distributed every Monday by no later than midnight US Eastern Time. Note that if a Monday happens to fall on a US holiday, the payout will be sent the following day.

Payouts are distributed automatically in $10 increments as soon as your account balance reaches $10 or more.

For example, let's say you participate in a survey on a Wednesday that has 13 video reply questions, so you earn $13. You would get a payout for $10 the following Monday, and your account would then have a $3 balance. You would then be automatically paid out once your account balance reaches the $10 minimum again.

As another example, let's imagine that you participated in a survey on a Friday with 22 video reply questions and therefore earned $22. You would receive a $20 payout the following Monday and have a $2 balance in your account.

We pay out in $10 increments because of the way our incentive processors handle their ordering process. Please do not ask for custom balance payout options because this system is outside of our control and cannot be changed.

If you are approved to join our panel, you will be automatically given your own unique referral link to share with friends and family.

Every person that signs up using your link and is officially approved as a panel member will earn you $1. The person that you refer will also get a $1 bonus just for signing up.

We are confident that once you try a video response you won't want to go back to typing out lengthy text-based responses. It's just so much easier and faster to click a button and start talking than it is to type out a lengthy text-based reply.

Please note that QualNow studies are for market research purposes only. Your videos will only be shared with QualNow employees and selected client teams, and will not be shared publicly.

If there is ever a scenario where one of our clients would like to share a comment you made in a public setting, we will email you individually to obtain your written permission to do so. Note that in the four years we have been in operation this has only ever been requested once.
